Personal Information
You can visit www.gmeone.com without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. However, to access key portions of the Web site, you may have to submit information such as user-id and password.
GMEone collects and manages information submitted by physicians in training, graduate medical administrators, and/or faculty physicians. This information includes, but is not limited to, physician duty hours, physician evaluations/surveys/examinations, rotation schedules, list-serv type messages, and personal login information. GMEone reserves the right to internally analyze collected data to assist in the development process and improve the efficiency of our data collection and reporting systems. We do not publish, distribute, or otherwise disclose this information to any third party for any purpose.
Information security and quality
We intend to protect the quality and integrity of all personally identifiable information and personal data. We have implemented appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures to help keep your information secure, accurate, current, and complete.
GMEone maintains it.s own data center on-site with dedicated data lines and dedicated server infrastructure to ensure the physical security and maintainability of it.s operations. Our services and data integrity are protected by industry standard technologies including but not limited to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, restrictive firewall policies, and multiply redundant data protection utilizing RAID technologies. Daily data backups are maintained at a secure off-site location. Offsite backups are encrypted before transmission utilizing industry standard cryptographic methods to ensure the security and reliability of this data.
Web site traffic information
When you arrive at or leave GMEone Web site, we automatically receive the Web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages you visit while you are on our site, the type of browser you use and the times you access our site. We use this information only to try to better understand visitor preferences and to manage the load on our servers, and do not distribute in any manner or form this information to third parties.

GMEone offers its users sophisticated email tools to assist in distribution of information and notification to users. These tools provide convenient ways for graduate medical training programs to communicate with physicians and their administrators; they are not designed or utilized for sending out irrelevant bulk emails.
